Payments:

An initial deposit for the first hour of each lesson is required in full, payable by credit/debit card, check or e-check. This deposit secures your lesson date(s) and time(s).
You will receive a personal link via email to pay for your lesson if you are paying by card or e-check. All online payments are made through Paypal, our choice of online card processors.

The remaining time is payable by cash or check at the end of the lesson.
Lesson Rates:
$30/hour for 1 person
$50/hour for 2 people
$75/hour for 3 people

Refunds:

If you must cancel we require at least 5 days advance notification via email or phone.
When proper cancellation notice is given there are two options:
You can transfer your initial deposit/payment to secure a lesson in the future. (Only when proper notice is given.)
OR
Your deposit/payment can be refunded to you by check (not credit card) minus a 5% processing fee.


If you must cancel and notice is given less than 5 days in advance.
The deposit/payment is forfeited. It cannot be used towards a future lesson because it just doesn't allow sufficient time for Muse to book another lesson in your place.

No Shows.
The deposit/payment is forfeited. It cannot be used towards a future lesson.

Minimums.
1 hour minimum.

Please be aware that the clock starts when the lesson is scheduled to begin - so please try to be on time.
